Heavy-duty, well-made. However, the installed o-ring under the square base is too flat to contact the counter and stop the base from moving, or stop water from running under it and into the cabinet. That o-ring is also too small in diameter to contact the counter in standard sink / soap dispenser cutouts, which we tried first. Moving to a custom-cut smaller hole is how we discovered that the o-ring was too flat to work in any install. It will not seal to the counter or sink unless you use one of the provided ROUND rubber washers intended for under the counter--which sticks beyond the square base on the sides, but leaves a gap on each corner of the base, drawing even more attention to a terrible solution. Disappointed as this is otherwise an attractive and well-made product.
