1. A Business License, TAX ID # or Professional license is required.
2. A Resale or Sales Tax certificate is required only if you intend to purchase merchandise for resale. Without this documentation, sales tax will be applied to all orders. Signed Resale or Sales Tax Certificates are required for each state where you seek tax exemption (US only). Otherwise, if you package the merchandise within your services, then it's not required.

Once your application has been submitted with valid documentation, you will receive an email indicating your application status. Upon approval, Kingston Brass, Inc.
