Warranty service

Good tool. But still a bit annoyed that you guys couldn’t replace my cartridge under warranty under the excuse I didn’t keep the receipt as proof of buying. This is poor customer service.

dealing with three plumbers trying to replace cartridges in our KB faucet only to find out you need this special and pricey tool?!

Worthless Tool

This tool will remove/loosen older KSRPL311 cartridges. I will not work (too large) on the new KSRPL3911 cartridges I bought even though it is advertised as the universal tool for these cartridges. A TOTAL waste of money that Kingston Brass would not return.
