The replacement spout works great!

This spout replaced the original one that developed a number of tiny leaks along the neck and water was spraying everywhere. The new one resolved that problem! I just wish the sprayer head I purchased seven months ago to replace the original worked as well. It started dripping and since I had replaced the cartridges I knew that wasn’t the problem. Unfortunately, Support team has advised me that they don’t recognize the proof of purchase that American Express gave them. I submitted that problem to Amex and they will investigate. In the meantime I am reluctant to purchase another one since this one has only lasted a few months.
I guess I will post a video of the dripping sprayer head on YouTube and see if anyone can suggest a compatible head from another vendor.
