KSP1241 Brass Faucet Spout for KS1241 Series, Polished Chrome

I had purchased a Roman tub filling faucet KS1021AX. The spout broke. After discussing my situation and asking both technical and sales personnel how to get the part I needed, both said I would need to do a warranty claim. The problem was the 9 - 10 week lead time. I needed to fix the broken faucet quicker the that so I asked the sales representative to sell me the replacement spout which I thought included the broken part I needed. When it came it looked like the same spout but had a different series number. It also did not include the part that was broken. I again inquired as to what I needed to do and was told that the part I needed could only be obtained through a warranty claim. I completed the warranty claim and am waiting for the replacement part which is still a good 8 weeks out. In The mean time I have a none functioning tub. I returned the KS1241 series spout which cost me $20 to return. I have been very dissatisfied with Kingston Brass’ replacement part program.
