Initially I needed just a vanity faucet. But after a bathroom demo, it was clear that I was going to need a shower system as well. Unfortunately due to your: 1) very limited in stock inventory (you are clearly experiencing a supply issue; and 2) limited or unclear collection offerings - if you have them it takes a PhD to figure it out. And, trying to work with one of your internal designers feels like I'm asking for something outside of their job description and I'm begging for answers. As a result, I will be returning this product. I'm an ex Corporate Executive and believe you are not capitalizing on your market and have many opportunities to improve. Consider clear product Collections and work on that Inventory availability + hire "designers" who actually know your products and want to provide customer service! Also, it is not clear to the customer what other parts are required to make it work. Huge system upgrade opportunity to improve customer experience. The restocking fee of 25% + customer responsible for shipping back seems punitive given you are clearly experiencing a supply issue with many/most of your products on backorder, you don't have "true collections", your website doesn't clearly guide a customer on what else they need, and your internal design team needs to be reminded on what their job/role is.
