Easy to find the part I needed.

It was easy to find the part and order it through their website. I ordered it on a Thursday afternoon and paid for overnight delivery. I didn’t get it until Monday morning. We I questioned the reason I was told they don’t deliver on weekends and that after 11:00am shipping doesn’t happen until the next day. Very disappointing! I should have just done normal shipping and I would have probably received it the same day for considerably less money.

"2 day shipping" does not mean 2 days

I ordered on a Thursday and paid $26.29 for "2 day shipping". I received the item in 5 days. I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping and I was told it was placed to late Thursday to go out that day and that 2 day shipping does not include Saturdays and Sundays although it did not state that when I paid extra. It merely said "2 day shipping" and we needed our kitchen sink. The parts fixed our issue but I could have gotten it in the same time with FREE shipping.
