Kingston KBH521 Acrylic Knob Handle, Acrylic

I would rather be able to buy the plastic insert for the handle with the colored arrows on it. This insert you have is SO CHEAPLY made that it breaks with just daily normal use. YOU need to fix it and make it available for purchse separately. I won't buy Kinston again due to theis CHEAP defect. But I'm stuck with it now

I’m so glad this replacement handle is available. Honestly, I would not buy this faucet again because the handle is not sturdy — we’ve had to replace the handle 2 times in the last 6 months. I originally picked the faucet because it matched the old one which was a style I liked and the faucet base itself is very sturdy. I thought the handle would be easily replaceable (since that was true for the previous faucet that was in place as it was a more generic faucet), but I learned that this is not a universal style of mount so it needs the KB handle specifically. I fortunately bought a couple extra handles and customer service has been excellent with providing replacements with their warranty, but I don’t have great confidence in this handle lasting for years so I am guessing I will have to replace the whole faucet sooner rather than later, and I don’t think I would go with KB again. I gave 3 stars bc the customer service has been so good. The handle itself if 1 star for quality.
