Shower Scape K187E1 5-5/16 Inch Zinc Tub Faucet Spout with Flange, Polished Chrome

During a recent bathroom renovation I found the need to replace handles and spout in the shower. My local resources were pretty useless in locating the parts which would match the pattern and most specifically the spline pattern on the handles. On a whim I tried the Kingston web site. I found a large variety of choices, but most significantly product drawing so I knew that what I ordered would fit. After submitting the order I noticed that I had made a slight error. I submitted an e-mail for correction as directed on the web site. Imagine my surprise-I got a phone call from a real live person. Great job on many levels. I wish I needed more stuff so that I could deal with this organization some more.
