By entering this sweepstakes (the “Summer Refresh Sweepstakes”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
The sweepstakes is sponsored by Kingston Brass Inc., located at 12775 Reservoir St., Chino, CA, 91710, referred to hereafter as the “Sponsor.”
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who:
Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
Are legal residents of the United States
Have a valid residential or business shipping address within the eligible region
Note: P.O. Boxes are not eligible for shipment and will result in disqualification from prize fulfillment.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM PST on July 7th, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on July 16th, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received within this time frame to be eligible.

Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments on the official Sweepstakes post.
Comment their favorite finish
There is no limit to the number of entries per person unless specified otherwise. All entries must be made from a public Instagram account. Private accounts may not be visible and may not be counted.
One (1) winner will receive a Kinston faucet
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable.
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within three (3) business days of the Sweepstakes end date.
The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram. The winner must respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility and provide a valid shipping address. If no response is received in time, or if the winner is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner must provide a valid home or business shipping address.
No shipments will be made to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is free within the eligible region.
By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, Instagram handle, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Kingston Brass Inc., and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and employees, from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting from entry into the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
Internet or platform errors or failures
Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process
Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s [Privacy Policy]
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control. Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification.
This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
