How long will it take to get my order?

After going to 4 hardware stores, 2 plumbing supply dealers, and Amazon, I was about to give up on ever getting the correct aerator for our bath sink faucet. Part of the challenge was that the faucet was here when we purchased the house and with the supply pipes in the wall, we could not find any label for the faucet brand. As a last attempt, I googled bath faucet brands, saw Kingston, and decided to try calling the customer service number, although with low expectations at the point. My experience was very positive from the moment that an actual person promptly answered, and seemed truly happy to help, with real expertise. Dan Rodriguez (CS174) took me through a few steps, including texting a photo of the sink faucet which he quickly identified, and then walking me through the Kingston website to the correct aerator, and then gave excellent advice on how I could confirm the aerator size (3/4” as it turned out). I emailed him with the information and he quickly guided me to placing an order which I received as promised not many days later. It fits and looks great! I can’t say enough good things about Dan!!
