It is shameful that you make it hard for people to use the warranty. Being 78 and 82 and not knowing how to meet the requirements is just your way of not having to stand up to your products. We have no one to help us with your requirements so we had to pay the $79 to fix our faucets. You have given us an expense we shouldn't have had to pay, hope you enjoy your extra profits.
