Impossible to mount

Good quality, but terrible service, and impossible to mount. (Read: a waste of time and money)

I ordered the bath tub faucet twice, and both times it came without mounting hardware that is clearly shown in the installation guide. The warranty folks at Kingston Brass are not helpful at all, and have absolutely no clue what is supposed to be in the box.

The folks at the reseller are actually more helpful, but their hands are tied because they aren't the manufacturer.

Learn from my mistake. In the end, you'll have spent a month without a faucet, hours on hold, plus actual talking, many emails, lots of frustration, and hundreds of dollars....and be left with a faucet that you can't mount without creating you own spacers and sheet metal. So here I go, to my garage, to figure out a way to MacGuyver a bracket for a $500 faucet. So, so, irritating.
