Shipping Overview

Kingston is committed to delivering your products quickly and safely. Most in-stock items ship within 24–48 hours, and we partner with trusted carriers to provide reliable ground and freight delivery across the United States.

Shipping rates differ for Consumer (DTC) customers and PRO/Trade customers due to the specialized pricing, discounts, and order structures available to professional accounts. Details for both groups are outlined below.

Order Processing

Most online orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time are processed and confirmed the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT, or on weekends or holidays, are processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed Friday after 11:00 AM PT are typically processed on Monday

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays are not business days

  • Once processed, you will receive:

    • Order acknowledgment

    • Product availability confirmation

    • Tracking information

Order acceptance occurs once your order has shipped.

Shipping Thresholds

Consumer (DTC)

  • FREE Ground Shipping on orders over $99
    Orders under $99 are charged FedEx Ground based on ZIP code and weight.

  • FREE LTL Freight Shipping on orders over $1,499
    Freight orders under $1,499 are charged flat-rate LTL or FedEx Freight based on ZIP code, weight, and pallet dimensions.

PRO / Trade

(Thresholds are calculated before PRO discounts.)

  • FREE Ground Shipping on orders over $150 (before discounts)
    Orders under $150 are charged FedEx Ground based on ZIP code and weight.

  • FREE LTL Freight Shipping on orders over $2,499 (before discounts)
    Freight orders under $2,499 are charged flat-rate LTL or FedEx Freight based on ZIP code, weight, and pallet dimensions.

Will Call Pickup (So Cal Only)

Kingston offers Will Call order pickup for customers located in Southern California. Will Call service is not available to customers outside this region.

Processing Time

  • Allow a minimum of 3 business days for order preparation

  • Same-day or next-day Will Call service is not available

  • Order changes are not permitted after 24 hours

Pickup Hours

Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM PT
No pickups are processed before 1:00 PM.

You must confirm that your order is ready for pickup before arriving.

Pickup Window

Will Call orders must be picked up within 10 business days of the ready date.
Unclaimed orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Identification

Bring:

  • A valid photo ID

  • Your order number

If someone else will pick up, you must authorize them in advance.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options (2-Day, Next-Day, etc.) are available for most parcel-eligible products. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight.

  • Follows the same 11:00 AM PT processing cutoff

  • Weekend and holiday delivery is not guaranteed

  • Expedited freight options may be available on request for LTL shipments

LTL / Freight Delivery

Large or oversized products ship via LTL freight carriers.

Important Freight Details

  • A physical street address is required

  • Deliveries are curbside only, with or without liftgate

  • Kingston does not provide White Glove or in-home delivery

  • Customers must move items from curbside to their final location

  • Additional fees may apply for:

    • Rural delivery

    • Missed appointments

    • Liftgate service (if applicable)

    • Address changes or re-consignment after shipment

Additional Shipping & Handling Charges

Same-Day Expidited Processing

  • Must be submitted before 11:00 AM PT

  • A $15 handling fee applies

  • Not guaranteed during peak seasons

Oversized or Bulky Items

  • May incur additional shipping or handling fees

  • These charges appear on the product page and in your cart

  • Once you click Checkout, no new fees will be added

Address Changes / Re-Consignment

  • A $100 fee applies to delivery address changes or re-consignment requests after shipment dispatch

  • Rural destinations may incur additional carrier surcharges

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via FedEx International, with rates calculated dynamically at checkout.

Customer Responsibilities

  • All international customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees

  • These fees are not included in Kingston’s shipping charges

Shipping to Canada

Orders over $2,500 USD require a licensed customs broker.

Customers may:

  • Hire an independent broker, or

  • Appoint FedEx as the customs broker (additional fee applies)

Delivery Responsibility & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is released to the carrier.
For this reason, please ensure that:

  • Your shipping information is accurate

  • Someone is available to receive larger deliveries

  • Deliveries can be received securely at the destination

Shipping Promotions & Exclusions

From time to time, Kingston may offer promotional shipping rates. Unless otherwise stated, these promotions:

  • Apply only to standard ground shipping

  • Are valid within the contiguous United States

  • Exclude freight shipments, oversized items, and products requiring special handling

  • Cannot be combined with PRO/Trade discounts or other offers unless explicitly specified

Promotional shipping offers are subject to change without notice.

Order Processing

Most online orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday, are processed and confirmed the same business day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day:

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT Monday–Thursday are typically processed the following business day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT on Friday are generally processed on Monday.

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays are not considered business days, and we observe all federal holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive:

  • An order acknowledgment

  • Confirmation of product availability

  • Tracking information when your order ships

Order acceptance occurs when your order has shipped. You will receive an email notification at that time.

LTL / Freight Delivery

Certain products, including large, oversized, heavy, fragile, or multi-box shipments—must be delivered via LTL freight service. If your order requires freight delivery, any additional shipping charges will be communicated before final processing, and you will have the option to cancel or modify the order if needed.

Freight Carrier & Delivery Information

Orders may ship via FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, DHL, or another reputable LTL carrier selected by Kingston.
A physical street address is required for all freight deliveries; we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please note:

  • Kingston verifies all credit cards prior to shipping, which may occasionally delay delivery timelines.

  • Freight deliveries are curbside service only, with or without a liftgate.

  • Kingston does not offer White Glove delivery or in-home placement.

  • Customers are responsible for moving all products from the curbside drop-off point into the home, garage, or desired location.

Change of Delivery Address & Re-Consignment Fees

A $100 fee applies to delivery address changes or re-consignment requests after a freight shipment has been dispatched.

Rural Delivery Surcharges

Shipments to rural or remote locations may incur additional freight charges, as determined by the carrier.

Additional Shipping and Handling Charges

Same-Day Expedited Processing

Orders requesting same-day expedited processing must be submitted before 11:00 AM PT.
A $15 handling fee applies to all same-day processing requests.
Same-day service is not guaranteed and may be limited during peak seasons or high-volume periods.

Oversized or Bulky Items

Some oversized or bulky products may incur additional shipping or handling charges.
When applicable:

  • These charges will be displayed on the product page, and

  • Added automatically to your cart when the item is placed there

Once items are in your cart, all associated shipping and handling charges will be visible.
After selecting “Check Out Now,” no additional charges will be added.

Change of Delivery Address / Re-Consignment

A $100 fee applies for any delivery address change or re-consignment request made after a shipment has been dispatched.

Rural Delivery Surcharges

Shipments to rural or remote destinations may incur additional freight surcharges, as determined by the carrier.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via FedEx International, with rates calculated dynamically at checkout.

Restrictions

We are unable to ship to:

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI)

  • AA, AE, AP military designations

These locations are excluded from all shipping promotions.

Risk of Loss

All orders leave our warehouse in new condition.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Signature Required (Orders Over $250)

For security, FedEx or UPS may require a signature on deliveries valued over $250, and certain items require an adult signature.

If you are not available at home during delivery, we recommend using a business address or another location where someone can sign.

Address Changes, Re-Consignment & Refusals

Once an order has shipped, carriers may charge additional fees for:

  • Delivery address changes

  • Re-consignment

  • Re-delivery

  • Refused shipments

  • Storage fees for missed appointments

All fees are billed at carrier-published rates and may be charged to the customer.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours, provided that the order has not shipped and no Bill of Lading (BOL) has been created.

After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed due to expedited warehouse processing. If the order has shipped, it must follow our 30-Day Return Policy.

To request cancellation, call 1-877-252-7277 (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT).

Refused Shipments & Unauthorized Returns

These are subject to:

  • 25% restocking fee

  • Return shipping charges

  • $100 re-consignment fee
