Accounting Specialist

Kingston Brass, Inc. is one of the top plumbing providers in kitchen and bath products based in Chino, CA. Our products are housed, distributed to various retailer markets including Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes and many more.

We are currently looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting team at our Chino, CA location. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, adaptable, and be able to multi-task. An ambitious self-starter with great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude would be a great candidate for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record & deposit customer payments
• Daily cashbox reconciliation
• Maintain customer files, enter new information and account updates in ERP system.
• Assist with maintaining A/R aging
• Provide support and backup to AR staff
• Process customer charge backs/NSF checks and record in system
• Perform accounts receivable collection calls for past-due balances
• Process weekly billings/monthly statements
• Admin support for accounting team
• Assist in various projects

Qualifications:

• 1 Year Experience or College Degree
• 3+ years of Sales experience preferred.
• Proven experience utilizing critical thinking tools to solve customer issues.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel.
• Ability to type 40+ WPM for phone and 45+ WPM for chat.
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience:

• Accounts Receivable/Payable: 1 year (Preferred) or College Degree Equivalent
