HOW KINGSTON IS MANAGING AND RESPONDING
Kingston Brass, Inc. is fortunate to be one of the essential businesses that continue to provide important products to other companies in the national home improvement and maintenance supply chain. As the situation around the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, our primary concern has been for the health and safety of our customers, associates and business partners. We will work with government and health officials to assess closures and government mandated shutdowns within the state of California.
As our team works to serve others, Kingston is working to support our team. We are committed to always caring for our employees, so we have taken the following steps to ensure everyone’s safety:
Shipping & Fulfillment

Kingston is providing every employee with protective face masks and gloves to help reduce exposure. Employees are asked to wear these daily during their work hours.
We also have our custodial staff wiping down high-touch surfaces throughout the day and keeping sanitizer stations filled.
Kingston has enacted a rotating work schedule and work-from-home protocol to follow social distancing protocols and reduce the number of employees in the office at one time. As outlined in the “Stay At Home” Order, all trade shows, seminars, and large in-person meetings have been cancelled. Kingston has also temporarily closed the will-call pick up service for online orders, as an additional step to protect both employees and customers.
Since a fever is the most telling symptom of the novel coronavirus, Kingston is taking extra precautions and will be periodically checking employee’s temperature using a non-contact thermometer when they are working onsite. Anyone with a high temperature will be required to rest at home until they are well.
Kingston Brass, Inc. will continue to take the necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers so the products you depend on don’t stop. Together we will get through this!
Updates will be provided daily as the situation changes.
Thank you for your support and we appreciate your business.
