Internet Marketing
Job
description:
Candidate
will need to independently develop and integrate Internet marketing
strategies into established marketing plans. Serve as consultant
to senior management on Internet and email marketing, e-business
and Web-related strategies. Can lead and participate in cross-functional
teams in planning and implementation of Web-related projects.
To anticipate customer Internet needs, develop and implement
new web site features and design content to meet those needs.
Analyze site visitor feedback to assess customer needs and coordinate
vendor relationships as necessary. Works collaboratively with
Corporate Marketing, particularly account managers, art director
and graphic design staff and preparing additions and updates
to the web sites. Web design/development using basic HTML/CSS
required. Knowledge of Adobe Indesign and Photoshop with experience
in print production formatting layout, and design is a plus.
Minimum Required Skills:
Sales,
knowledge of consumer behavior, online advertising, Pay-Per-Click
(PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), interactive advertising,
internet marketing, search marketing, bid management, ROI analysis,
business development, organized, detail oriented and pro-active.
HTML, CSS and Adobe Photoshop.

Three or more years of demonstrated experience in a communications
or marketing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
prefer
- Minimum of 2 years experience directly managing/coordinating
in Internet marketing projects, including websites, search engine
marketing, content development, and email
- Bilingual English / Chinese Mandarin speaker prefer but not
required

Customer Service for Internet Store
Job description:
Candidate must be courteously assist customers in need of technical
assistance relating to the use and applications of products.
Must be able to handle telephone calls, respond to email inquires
and take care of requests regarding the use and applications
of products. Provide verbal or written advice, including technical
evaluations, warranty service conditions and requirements governing
return, replacement of products or the issuance of refunds.

May proofread label copy, brochures and product specification
sheets for accuracy.
* Considerable experience in sales, demonstration, use and evaluation
of industry and competitor products. Some public contact experience
is desirable.
* Assist sales representatives with grand openings, industry
shows, conventions, product knowledge classes and store resets.
Complete, maintain and process records. Assist with projects
as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum
Required Skills:
